Nick Goodwin is a Cherokee Citizen who grew up in Broken Arrow, OK. After graduating from Broken Arrow High School, Nick continued his education while also working full-time. Nick worked in both finance and management where he was entrusted with millions of dollars and led a staff of over 50 people. It was his work in the financial sector in the midst of the banking crash that sparked his desire to pursue a legal education. Nick has a unique perspective as a lawyer. His experience in management, finance, and the law make him a clever, sharp attorney.
Nick graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northeastern State University. After his undergraduate studies, Nick attended the University of Tulsa College of Law where he graduated a semester early. During his time in law school, he studied abroad in Ireland where he focused on International Intellectual Property, European Union Economics, and International Comparative Children's Rights. After returning to Tulsa, he went on to work in the Office of the Attorney General for the Cherokee Nation.
Nick enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s an avid reader and loves to play golf even though he’s not very good at it.
